Mediation can only begin once both sides agree — but you don't have to convince the other party alone. Contact Savage Lex and we can send a neutral invitation to the other party explaining the process, the cost, and what participation involves. If they decline, no payment is collected.
A Settlement Plan Summary documents the terms both parties voluntarily agreed to. It is not automatically a court order. Parties are responsible for filing any required court forms or asking the court to approve, dismiss, or enforce an agreement, and may have an attorney review any agreement before signing.
