My Story
I didn't build Savage Lex because I read a market report. I built it because I kept watching real people get destroyed by a system they didn't understand — and couldn't afford to learn.
I've seen people walk into court not knowing what to say, what to file, or what rights they even had. I've watched them lose by default — not because the law wasn't on their side, but because they didn't know how to show up.
I've seen public defenders who don't say a word to their clients until the morning of the arraignment, then push them to take a deal right there on the spot. I've seen dads who couldn't afford a lawyer lose access to their own children. I've seen people spend thousands on straightforward divorces because they had no other option.
And I've seen the gap: legal aid organizations that genuinely want to help but are so overwhelmed and under-resourced that they have to turn people away. Meanwhile, every billboard and TV spot is chasing injury claims — not evictions, not custody, not the cases that everyday people actually need help with.
The legal system isn't broken for everyone. It works well for people who are connected to it. But for everyone else, it's a maze with no map. That's what Savage Lex is — a map.
