Savage Ventures LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice.

5. AI Redaction — NOT Guaranteed; Assumption of Risk

Savage Lex AI applies automated redaction to attempt to remove personally identifiable information (PII) before processing your input through third-party AI providers. This process is NOT perfect and NOT guaranteed to capture all sensitive information.

DO NOT enter any of the following into this platform:

• Real names or case numbers
• Home or work addresses
• Social Security numbers or dates of birth
• Financial account numbers or payment information
• Any other sensitive or identifying information

BY SUBMITTING INPUT TO THIS PLATFORM, YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK FOR ANY PII OR SENSITIVE INFORMATION TRANSMITTED TO THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH INFORMATION WAS CAPTURED BY AUTOMATED REDACTION. Savage Ventures LLC is not liable for any information transmitted despite automated redaction efforts.

• Your access to or use of Savage Lex AI
• Your submission of false, misleading, or unlawful information through the platform
• Any misuse of outputs generated by Savage Lex AI
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Savage Ventures LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, Savage Lex AI or any content generated by it.

This includes but is not limited to: adverse legal outcomes, court judgments, missed deadlines, procedural errors, or any other harm resulting from use of this platform.

10. Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this disclaimer or your use of Savage Lex AI shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not by a court of law.

YOU AND SAVAGE VENTURES LLC EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR OTHER REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitration on the merits.

11. Governing Law & Venue

This disclaimer and your use of Savage Lex AI are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

For any matters not subject to arbitration under Section 10, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

12. Severability

If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
